She was born on May 19, 1958 in Midland, TX to Nelda (Davis) Cooper and John Cooper. She married her one true love, Greg Day, in Midland on July 12, 1980. Throughout their 44 years of marriage, they lived in Midland, TX, Cody, WY, Edmond, OK and New Braunfels, TX and they were blessed with three sons and two grandsons whom she loved fiercely.
